Belinda Bridwell is a native of East Tennessee. She was born in Kingsport
and currently lives in Jonesborough. She is married to George and they
have one daughter, Allison, and one granddaughter, Makenzi. She
graduated from East Tennessee State University and worked at Eastman
Chemical Company for 30 years. She retired as a systems analyst

Eastman. After retirement she picked up photography as a hobby with bird
photography being her favorite form of photography. She has had 3 photos
awarded Best in Show in local contests. She recently, received a Judges’
Choice Award in the Mammal Category for the 2023 photo contest for
North America Nature Photographers Association, and a top 100 selection
in the Black and White category for Wild Art Photographer of the Year, an
international contest. She frequently gives programs to local bird,
photography, and garden clubs on nature photography. She currently sells
her photography in 2 local galleries and Warriors Path State Park.
