I am a self thought artist from Bulgaria, Europe. I run out from communism in 1988 and came to USA. I am a first generation immigrant in this country and with that painting went on the back burner. I didn’t paint for over 25 years, trying to build a life in a new country. But when you have a calling God didn’t want you to rest and 15 years ago I started again and now I paint 7 days a week, not because I have to or want to get rich, or buy a big mansion, but because painting it’s a therapeutic for me and I absolutely love doing it. My favorite medium it’s resin , I also use pastels and acrylics and I call my own art- ART from the heart, because it really is. I usually paint in bright, bold, happy colors, sometimes more or less abstract and psychedelic. I have exhibited my paintings in a few galleries in Bulgaria and Netherlands, and in USA in Boca Raton Art museum, Boynton Beach Art Gallery, Artist Guild Gallery in Boca Raton.
